NAVFAC Design-Build Model Request for Proposal - Standard Template


NOTE:  Part Five, Prescriptive Specifications, contains Unified Facility Guide Specifications (UFGS) (other than those incorporated into the PTS) which are part of the design-build RFP. The design-build RFP preparer should attach the full text edited version of these UFGS rather than referencing a location for view or download of the relevant specification. Prescriptive specifications should only be used when performance technical specifications will not meet particular project requirements.
