NAVFAC Design-Build Model Request for Proposal - Small Project Template

Part 6 contains information that will help the contractor develop a suitable design and construct without hindrance.

Example attachments are:
– Schematic sketches showing work locations
– Catalog cuts
– Record drawings
– Environmental Hazards Assessment Reports (asbestos, lead based paint, paint, radon, PCB, Low-Level Radioactive components, , animal droppings, mold and spores, waste characterization, chlordane)
– Photographs, including general site and specific site problems, such as storm water erosion
– Soil boring logs, geotechnical reports
– Base Exterior Architecture Plan (BEAP)/Installation Appearance Plan (IAP)
